Foxes of Eurasia

This last semester I had the pleasure of taking wild life illustration with Terryl Whitlatch who worked with Iain McCaig on the creature designs for Star Wars Episodes 1-3. Beside ortho sheets we also did 4 illustration projects in wildlife illustration. This one was a field guide page and I chose to do the Foxes of Eurasia. All of them are hand drawn and shaded then colorized in painter and the environments were added with some touch ups here and there.

The artic fox winter was made into a print for Fanime and proved to be the most popular of all my prints oddly enough. It sold out every day no matter how many I seemed to make. It will soon be available online when the new KatGirl Studio site goes up.
